(the "Company") and its business partners including life insurance companies and non-life insurance companies (collectively referred to as the "Service Provider") on one part and a member of website https://flexservice.lawtonasia.com/(the "Client") on another part with the following statements:

Membership

The Client agrees to subscribe to be a member of the website by filling in or giving consent to fill in the subscription form and also agrees to give consent to the Service Provider to the collection, use or disclosure of personal data.

A member shall reach 20 years of age on the date of subscription. The Service Provider may reject the subscription and have the right to cancel or suspend the membership or do any act such as giving warning, penalty or taking legal action to prevent or remedy any breach under these Terms and/or relevant laws.

The Client agrees that:

Obligations of the Client

The Service Provider shall not be liable for both civil claim and criminal offences due to any fault in provision of services and products, including any fault in communication made between the Company and its business partners.
